Course Description

This course will provide a general understanding of the Business Continuity Management concepts and best practices in order to help the participant acquire or enhance the ability to develop and implement a Business Continuity Management programme.

This course is based on a complete and thorough model providing the participants with the methodology and tools required to understand the BCM programme.
