Course Description
This course will provide a general understanding of the Business Continuity Management concepts and best practices in order to
help the participant acquire or enhance the ability to develop and implement a Business Continuity Management program.
This course is based on a complete and thorough model providing the participants with an understanding of the methodology and tools
required to implement the BCM program.
Audience
This course is designed for Managers and Professionals interested in the quality and completeness of the Business Continuity
Management program of an organization. Business Continuity Management experience is not required.
