Course Description

Most organisations recognise that a Business Continuity plan will probably fail if it is not regularly exercised. But exercises can be costly and impact the productivity of an organisation by making some employees temporarily unavailable.

This course will help you understand the elements of an exercises program for your organisation. This course also covers all the steps for planning, performing and evaluating efficient exercises.

Audience

This course is designed for Business Continuity Management and Emergency Management Professionals with minimal experience and with the objective to create and deliver meaningful and successful exercises.
