Course Description
This briefing is designed to provide an executive overview of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Process.
The material covers important current aspects of BCM issues at the executive level and in the boardroom.
This briefing will examine how to provide executive support for an effective ongoing BCM program at the appropriate
level. Additionally, the executive will be briefed on what to expect from inside the organization and from external
