This workshop will provide Executive and Senior Managers of public and private organisations with an overview of Business
Continuity Management (BCM). It covers aspects that are important at the executive level and in the boardroom.
The workshop is comprised of a summary presentation followed by 2 activities; the first, to identify elements of a BCM program
already in place and those missing; the second, to identify high level priorities of the BCM program to be implemented.
This workshop is based on best practices and the most recent standards in the field.
IMPORTANT: This workshop is available only for in-house delivery and requires active participation from the members of Executive
and Senior Management.
This workshop is designed for Executive and Senior Managers of public and private organisation that wish to enhance their
understanding of Business Continuity Management as it pertains to their organisation. Advance preparation and BCM experience
are not required.
Upon completion of the workshop, participants should:
Know the basic elements of Business Continuity management
With the inventory elements of a BCM program already in place and those missing, have identified the work to be accomplished to implement a complete BCM program
Have identified the high level priorities of the BCM program to be implemented
