Course Description

This course is designed to provide an understanding of the Business Continuity Management concepts and best practices in order to help the participant acquire or enhance the ability to audit a Business Continuity Management programme.

The most interesting take away from this course is the BCM programme audit checklist that the participant will build during the course and will be able to use the very next day after the course.

Audience

This course is designed for Auditors and Managers interested in the quality and completeness of the Business Continuity Management programme of an organisation. Business Continuity Management experience is not required.
